In his career years, he was once a minimum wage earner; doing menial jobs like a security guard, welder, inspector and more, all while aspiring to attain his real estate goals. Today, Welby is the owner of multiple rentals across the city. Determined to make a difference in the Real estate sector, he devotes all his time, energy and passion in turning a modest investment into a sizeable portfolio of Real estate holdings across New York. As a reputable investor in New York – mainly Connecticut, he focuses majorly in residential homes, and also in rehabbing distressed properties. Professionally, his area of expertise lies in investing, house flipping, mentorship, and coaching.
